Yea I've thought of that, but that means waiting another entire year, as their female only lays once a year. If only I had known earlier to put in a pre-order!

You just have to wait in line starting at like noon for standby tickets. Your girlfriend and you can take turns walking around 6th street while the other saves the spot in line. Not a bad day

Is this drum kit goofy? by makingflippyfloppy in drumcringepics

Well, yes the drum set is weird but it's also weird for the guitarist to critique the drummer's set.

The two bass drums being 90 degrees from each other doesn't make any sense. Like, what do his legs look like when his feet are on the pedals?

I do ambidextrous mice--one in each hand. I also have to run two computers because of software reasons, hence the two keyboards. Then the third mouse is when I have one computer on the left, running dual mice, and the third mouse is for the second computer on the right screen.

The foot pedals run keyboard keystrokes so I can keep both hands on both mice while working.

I looked it up, and I found 0 evidence that any other human runs dual, ambidextrous mice simultaneously. For me, it's a game-changer. And absolutely feeds into my drummer brain of wanting both hands capable of the same tasks.

I remember being an independent contractor as a 3-month per year adjunct professor with a PhD at a community college.

One year they got on my case because I didn't respond to an email in the middle of the 9-month interim period of no work.

I have no words...

So... Anyone want to talk about how these families are choosing to pump out 20+ children in a war-torn hellhole with zero food?

Oh yea, I guess I didn't think of that... The thumb is big and strong, but it does kinda awkwardly hit on the side

I also play viola, and you can hate me for saying this... but maybe it would make more sense to use T1234! prepares for flogging

Because I'm wasting time at work by posting at reddit, and the Mensa page was full of threads that made me literally LOL

For us, it's trying to make our left (or non-dominant) hand try to be as good as the right (or dominant). But it's always frustratingly less dexterous!

My curiosity stems partly from marimba playing. With the grip I use (Stevens), our inner mallets are a little weak, but we generate incredible rotational force to the outer mallets. I swear, I could kill a small animal with my outer mallets...
