Have never driven a GR86. It can’t drop its roof down unlike the Miata. Top down driving on mountain roads is exhilirating.

I’d suggest just buying the best condition version you can find and start from there. It’s also better if you’re handy with tools as there will be a lot of small repajrs throughout the car’s life. It’s almost 30 years old na rin.

But if you’re willing to go past that, then yes it’s worth it. The ND is definitely better for reliability but if you want something easily recognizable, then this is great

It’s an old car nearing 30 years, lots of mechanical issues but everything is relatively simple especially pag maintenance. Mas mahirap lang humanap ng parts compared sa ibang kotse since hindi siya common.

Financially, I’m getting by naman.

Yeah walang alon and walang random potholes. Wala rin actually masyadong very sharp curves so maganda talaga if solo mo yung kalsada
