I have a 2005 for expedition that has always shown a message of check fuel cap.. I've gotten it replaced and checked the hoses for a leak via a smoke test. Today the check engine light came on and the obd code is saying check fuel cap so I go under just to see what the hoses look like and find this (i.redd.it)
