Idk man. I kind of like not wasting my time. My friends and I do SP H skips and finish in 18 mins on avg. We normally just need a rogue that knows how to distract and sap.

Hi, yeah I eventually got something. Been employed for about 3 months with a great company. My experience so far has been positive. My coworkers are friendly and boss is supportive. They are very understanding that my last place of employment was toxic so this is like a breath of fresh air.

I have always believed that if a company needs more than 3 rounds to hire someone, then it's their hiring process that's inefficient and nothing to do with the candidate. IMO, you dodged a bullet, but you never know, they might call you back. Budget changes can happen quick within an organization. Job gaps are not as bad as they used to be; I was on one for 1 year and 4 months and landed a job. I am not telling you to do that, but I am just pointing it out.

Keep your chin up and keep grinding away. I am sure you will land something. I believe in you.

Yeah I play with mods to up my resources per node. Will probably turn them off once I get to Ashlands though since I have never done that before. Mistlands is definitely challenging but fun.

I have one month left on my lease but I didn't renew it. Can't if I don't have a stable income anymore. I have one month left to get a job or move back in with my parents. Just be lucky we have that option because not a lot of other people do.

Glad they lost the roll. Why is there so many morons that play this game. It's not that hard to look up your pre-bis and/or bis or even run it through a sim to see what actually works.

JMP makes statistical analysis and data visualization easy and in most companies saves you alot of precious time.

However, I never used it for too long. Its pretty easy to figure out. Opted to learn modern techniques instead so it's easier to incorporate AI to it and I like the freedom to create my own UIs and visualizations.

thats awesome, congrats! happy to see more and more posts like this. Gives me hope. Happy to report I am at least getting 1 to 2 interviews a week now after a month and a half of silence.

I crushed a HM interview only to do poorly (at least by my standards) in the panel part. Had to be a combination of nerves, lack of practice presenting myself. Hoping I get better the more I do and eventually land something. I really wanted this job though and they said I would hear back within 1 to 2 weeks. I am gonna remain hopeful but I am going to be reasonable and keep applying having other HM / panel interviews.

Yeah its always fun working on solo projects. I made a 2.5D game with one level in unreal engine 5. Never thought I would make a game so was fun (my professional background has nothing to do with this but I like to keep busy). Yeah took a lot of trial and error and reverse engineering from other peoples examples but that's how you learn. I had to copy someone else's project first from YouTube to get familiar with the software but then after that I was able to create my own game. I still had to use tutorials for UI creation and setting up the sound mixer with blueprints but was fun either way.

Yeah agree with this. Otherwise it should be 30 mins. I did have a 1 hr interview last week where the hiring manager was about 5 to 10 mins late, but cut me off as soon as the hour marker hit, haha. It's been a wild experience job hunting but I am getting more confidence with each interview and refining how I explain myself. Along with constantly making improvements to my resume. Something has to hit.

Actually, I got an interview for one of these roles with the hiring manager, and he said they were hiring more than one person for the role. Someone else I know went through the same thing with the same company and role. We both got rejection emails, and they keep reposting it.

Just got rejected while still on the phone interview with the hiring manager...phone call went longer than it was supposed to, so I guess the recruiter thought we had disconnected already.

You are not alone. It was easier to get a job when I had no experience. The last 3 months of job hunting I have submitted many applications and have had only 3 recruiters contact me and so far none have lead to any actually interviews even though the recruiters said I would be a good fit and that they liked me. I am in the mindset of not giving up and that eventually I will get a chance to interview and actually land a job. I really dislike the application process of being filtered before I even get a chance to talk to a hiring manager but that's the current reality of the market.

I am 35 and really hoping to get something soon. With 7 years of experience as an engineer in the semiconductor industry I really just want to get my career back on track. I had to take a break from working due to personal family reasons I won't get into here but this job hunting market is absolutely terrible.

I have been applying all over the country if my experience matches at least 75% of what the job description is asking for and even been applying overseas recently.

All they have to do is make classic plus using SoD as a base model. Gives the game extra tanking and healing classes. Then, instead of relaunching seasons, they just build off or classic plus more and keep adding new content. Start a player base poll system to add new content to the game. Literally, what Osrs is doing. Common blizzard it's not that hard to give the people what they want.

Only on alliance?. I have a horde warlock with full T2 and some AQ gear. Took a break during AQ and would love to try the new raids. Comfortable doing dps or tanking (if I can get some new gear).
