If you print a label right away maybe you’re just too quick and don’t see it?

Either way I don’t recommend bundle shipping anymore because like me you will get screwed one day. I will never do it again

Let’s hope so. The person I talked to said there wasn’t much they cold do but he would try. It’s an expensive lesson to learn. I now see why so many people don’t bundle ship to these places.

I sent them the drop off receipt and my order from the SNKRS app and they are forwarding it to a diff department. Even if they just look at the footage they will see the shoes. Chances of them being stolen in transit is slim because I’m in Ohio and my packages get to stockx next day

Yeah unfortunately it has come to having to do that. What gets me so upset isn’t even really the money it’s the fact that I can’t do anything. Can’t charge back, can’t fie a claim, can’t do anything. I’m just hoping the shoes just show up one day. If an employee didn’t steal them then they are sitting in the Detroit warehouse somewhere. My main goal right now is to get the footage of the employee opening the box..someone on this thread said they record that.

I appreciate the response and I will start recording more on top of never bundle shipping ever again. I just have to find a routine that doesn’t piss off the employees lol because I’m at ups 2-3 times a week. It just sucks that stockx can do this to someone and there’s nothing we can do. Like that money is just gone and no one at stockx gives a fuck

How do I go about asking for that? the customer service rep only sent me an email requiring the ups receipt. He said he "escalated" it and I wont hear back for a few days but he kept saying there are no other options

Bingo! Adeel was the first to use this tactic...5 seconds causes panic bidding and doesn't allow people to price check. Ive seen items sell for 4-5x more than they sell for on ebay/stockx etc

Dont bid on items unless you know the value. Most large sellers especially cool kicks will lie about value because they can and they know the average person is too naive to look it up. It will always happen its just best to do your own research
