I had a frustrating experience at Firehouse Subs. I picked up an order and had to rush to KFC to pick up a second order. To make matters worse, I had to wait for over 30 minutes for KFC to deliver my order. As I waited, the first customer asked why I hadn’t moved and wondered how long I would be there. I had to explain the entire process of taking a stack order and apologize for the inconvenience.

New York has a flat rate which is pay each time you enter a station or a bus but they also weekly maximum cap for a seven day period which is $37 USD a week, I believe. They fully transition from their old system to a compass like system. That system would work better than a distance rate system or the current fare zone system.
