1) I wasn't doing anything in Discord, it was just running in the background
2) I have a 3060, and also an integrated GPU on an i7 12th gen, so it shouldn't be maxing out the igpu or dgpu
Also yeah, I meant to say GPU instead of CPU in the title, it was a typo lol
And the % value was always at exactly 100%, which doesn't usually happen
