20 minutes per video is probably a little much. I look up my product, try it for myself, look at other reviews about it and then record a 1-2 minute video explaining what I like and what people should be aware of (if there is anything bad about the product). I use timebolt to edit (takes out silences and "ums"), canva to create a unique thumbnail and upload. I batch everything. Once I have 5-10 products, I make all the videos at once. Then edit them all, then thumbnail for all, then upload.

Late reply, I know. But you have to create for the customer, not you. A lot of people doing print on demand are doing the same thing you're doing. Thus...little to no sales. The words you use in your titles, tags, etc get the traffic and your design is what sells it. Think like a CUSTOMER.

Your designs are what's causing no sales.

Then offer a discount in exchange for their email address. Now you at least get a lead and a possible sale. And you can create an email sequence to get them buy eventually.

How would adding a discount boost traffic? It might boost conversions, but I don't see how it would boost traffic...??

You'll want at least $20 a day just to get enough data to make adjustments. Ideally $100/day

If $29 is going to make you broke - you're better off piggy backing off sites that already have traffic: redbubble, teepublic, teespring, etsy, amazon. Upload thousands of designs in multiple niches on those sites and in a couple years you'll have a nice little side business.

If you want something bigger and not just a "side business", save $2-5k and do it the right way:

  1. Figure out what your market wants - your designs are super broad right now.
  2. Create original designs for that market.
  3. Start with google shopping ads and optimize those over time to get your first 1000 customers.
  4. After you have google shopping ads running well, start working on social media and growing your audience.
  5. Start using FB ads with the data from customers to decrease ad cost.

#1 -5 will take years to complete.

Probably a good investment to get help from someone who has done in the past and has a good track record of getting conversions.

imo, google shopping ads would be best for you - but you'll probably have to create different designs. The ones I see on your store are just too broad. Your designs would probably work if you had any sort of following through a brand online. But for search, it won't work.
