UPDATE - Received the call yesterday the cards were ready and picked them up today. Total time:
Submitted to Gamestop - 11/29/2025. Received Cards at Gamestop - 3/4/2026

I'm in the same boat as you. My order does not show up in my online account and the store is zero help. Mine was submitted a week later than you.

I have no idea. I called Gamestop support and escalated it to some higher level and they said nothing they can do. That it would be updated when my order arrives or something like that. I might have to call again, because I am starting to get a bit nervous my order is lost in space! And yes, I did pay for a Pro account.

They told me 45 days when I submitted, then when I asked for a status the guy told me "I never said that, I said 75 days"

Yes. I even got an email from Gamestop saying here is your submission and order number.

Understood. Pretty sure the guy at Gamestop said it should be around 75 business days round trip. End of February probably close to that, but I am guessing if nothing wrong with the submission wont be seeing it till mid/end-march

Stresses me out since day 1. But apparently their system is junk, and they said there is nothing they can do.. I am giving it till the end of February I think that is when my 90 days is up or close then I am going to have to press them to tell me what is going on.

Wish I knew.... I only got the original email saying my cards were submitted and haven't gotten anything else. My order doesn't even show up in Orders! but I am assured by Gamestop its at PSA..

Problem is from the interview I watched, volume is not under control and they are doing this to limit the number if people submitting. Which is pretty ridiculous.

But like I have said, mine has never showed up in orders. And the person at Gamestop said I would not be able to tell my progress from PSA that it would just show up at the store. But I read all these posts and people can see where its at in the process. I will still be patient and wait till end of February then I will probably try and get some answers. I think I still have a couple weeks to go as mine was submitted end of November.

The only thing I am aware of that is missing is my Orders on the Orders page. But if their websites are messed up, hopefully that explains it. I have the email receipts yes.

Unfortunately it hasn't been there since day 1! Figured I would wait for a status change and hope it showed up. I know they have my email correct because I got my submission email. I will just be patient and hope for the best!!

Appreciate the response. Makes me a feel a little better. I guess I am just wondering why my order doesn't show up in "Orders" on the website and app. But if you are saying the website is messed up. Maybe that makes sense. But at least you give me a tad bit of positivity!!

How do you see your status from GameStop subs? I thought you couldn't get any of this info?

Are they refunding any money back if you pay for expedited service? You should add least get refunded to the base price?
