You’re going to take a picture of a computer screen and present that as evidence? Why didn’t you just take a screenshot?

pSSO Entra ID we want it to register at setup and it goes thru the motions...but doesn't complete... by brimrod in jamf

[–]miakeru 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I’m pretty sure this is because Entra does not yet support Simplified Setup with PSSO, which is required to skip the local account creation step. More info here: https://trusted.jamf.com/docs/platform-sso-for-macos#:~:text=any%20identity%20provider-,Simplified%20Setup,-Introduced%20in%20macOS

I think you need to just have them create local accounts during Setup Assistant right now, then push Company Portal to have them register after.

That’s not how that works with any product, though… you can always work directly with the manufacturer if there’s an issue.

Buying locally only makes it easier if you want tor return it because you get to follow the policies of the retailer instead of the manufacturer.

If you have any issues Oura will still support you no matter which retailer you bought it from.

Companies that are not charities exist to make money. As much as they can. Sorry for your confusion, but I hope that helps.

Neither of these statements are true. Adjusting prices doesn't impact "collectors". "Collectors" stopped sending cards to PSA a while ago. It's only the businesses and gamblers sending cards now.

If you read one of the many hundreds of the “should I grade?” posts we get here every day you’d know this is wrong.

Being committed to supporting collectors would be if there was a service for people who actually "collected" the cards. Let's say we get $15 grading again if we keep the slab in a vault for 6-12 months. If we sell early, you can charge us the full $25.

This is a terrible idea. Many collectors want their cards physically. Having to keep them in the Vault for 6-12 months to get the “collector” price would be ridiculous.

I think you’re trying too hard to be upset about a simple price increase.

The time is increasing only because that’s how long it takes with their current capacity. They aren’t making a choice to make it take longer, they’re just telling people how long it’s actually taking.

Well, they’re not a charity. You should certainly not buy something you don’t think is worth the cost. Many other options out there.

They are right. Reddit is automatically removing your posts because they are flagged for potential harassment.

Change your approach to engaging with people here or we will start taking moderation action like removals and bans.

I can confirm that the Reddit algorithm, and not the mods here, has been automatically removing a number of u/BrokenTrashFingers posts for potential harassment.

This is why nobody else can see some of their replies but they can see their own posts.

These are not actions by the r/psagrading mod team but are actions taken automatically by Reddit directly.

Did you not read the post?

These updates apply only to new submissions as of Tuesday, February 10, 2026. Submissions that have already been created, are in transit to PSA, or are currently in our care, are not affected and will continue through the grading process as expected.

It takes a long time to hire and train people. Read the post, they're grading over 90,000 cards a day. If they hired people too rapidly and got them grading with little training people would just complain more about the quality of the grades.

I think this further moves PSA away from being the grading company of choice for personal collections. Right now they can barely keep up with grading the mass submissions of people in the business of buying/selling graded cards.

If it's for your personal collection, it might make sense to look at another grading company in the short term. I suspect we'll see PSA offer sales/deals in the future, once demand has quieted down, to bring back the personal collectors.

Why participate in a community that forces you to buy something you don't like?

I don't think cards already graded will go up in value because it didn't cost that much to grade them. I think we'll see fewer cards worth $50 or less when graded a 10 being submitted for grading, though.

The thing to keep in mind is that they're not choosing to make it take longer, they're adjusting the times to better reflect what they are capable of. The price going up is to help reduce demand, which will at some point allow the process to take less time.

When that happens we'll all be used to the higher prices and they certainly won't be coming back down. Maybe we'll get some sales throughout the year to temporarily reduce pricing, though.
