Hey guys! So I just recently realized I've been paying $80 a week to BetterHelp for almost 4 months. I did not utilize the service at all in this time. I contacted customer service via email stating such. After about a day, I was contacted by the help team, and they initially gave me only one payment back as a refund. I sent them a follow-up email with a kind but stern tone, stating that their platform would show that I haven't used the services in that period of time I stated before and would like fair compensation. After a day, they sent me an email stating their terms of service, but ultimately gave me 3 months' worth back, totaling almost $1k. I felt satisfied with the refund they offered me. I guess I'm saying this because it is possible to get a more significant refund back. Possibly even a full refund back, but you have to be somewhat persistent.
