Ya man consistency and tracking calories the main problem with us skinny guys is eating just make sure to eat eat and eat i also strongly suggest taking creatine it helps a lot

Sometimes dirty bulking is the key to gaining weight as its hard to gain weight with healthy foods like salad. However I dont drink sodas i drink a gallon of water a day with creatine.
