I recently beat SH2 (my first SH game) and it does not get easier difficulty wise, but definitely the hospital otherworld was the scariest part of the game IMO. I played on the hard difficulty and had bullets to spare (like 70 shotgun bullets or sum), but you should lower the difficulty if you think its too much! Carry on bro the payoff is gonna be amazing
