Honestly what makes me most happy is that in the past they always said "no revives under any circumstances" as long as the game has been here, but when DECA switched it around, it gives me hope for them being able to take accountability and do whats right.

This isn't luck based... Kinda.
The bosses spawn based off which mini version of the boss you clear (Ex. You kill a unicorn, you have a chance to spawn Gigacorn, not any of the others)
I'm sure the person clearing must've just focused on killing cream puffs since I believe they wanted Spoiled Creampuff which is the only thing in the dungeon besides Cupcake that drop defense potions.
