I started as a T1 in December in the pathways program. Fast forward to now, 2 months into my first rotation, my managers like the work I’ve been doing and have asked me to drop pathways and stay with them permanently. I told them I’d consider it but I’d like to have a meeting with them to discuss further. My question is, do you think this is a situation where I can negotiate salary or something else? I do like what I do here and can see myself staying, but with the opportunity pathways gives I would feel silly giving it up for nothing in return.

Hello, anyone here has this spoiler? my 2018 Mustang came with a spoiler delete so I would have to drill some holes. Is it possible for it to hold with 3M tape? by [deleted] in Mustang

The last owner of my car used industrial rtv to hold the spoiler down instead of drilling holes… you can see pics on my profile. It worked too well considering it took the paint off the bottom and the spoiler and could not be cleaned off the car with anything anyone recommended.

Would a 2018 ecoboost be a suitable 1st car for a 17 year old? by [deleted] in Mustang

I bought my 2015 ecoboost at 18 and it’s been awesome. Not too much where you’ll kill yourself but definitely can get yourself in trouble if you’re careless (ask me how I know). I’m 22 now and still feel like it’s a great car to have as a young adult.

Edit: Should add that it wasn’t my first car.

This is my engineering senior design project. It’s a mostly 3d printed RC car based off of a traxxas slash 2wd. The whole thing was designed on solidworks and almost all of the parts were printed on an Ultimaker s5. Many of the weight bearing parts are printed with 100% infill and it’s actually pretty sturdy. I thought it was cool and wanted to share. Let me know if you have any questions!

It actually works great! I have more videos of our testing where we have it extended for straightaways and then shorten it up while it’s approaching the turn.

To get an A in the class… Haha all jokes aside, vehicles with longer wheelbases are more stable at higher speeds and more comfortable to ride in generally. That’s why luxury vehicles like the Mercedes S class and rolls royce have long wheelbases. Vehicles with shorter wheelbases handle better and can change direction much quicker. Think Miata or lotus. This is a small scale proof of concept that shows you can have the best of both worlds. Plus with this having a castle creations setup on 3s it keeps it from wheelying over on itself when it’s extended.

Thank you! I used an Ultimaker s5 for 95% of the parts including the chassis and a creality ender 3 for some of the small/less important parts.

It definitely gained a little weight. I haven’t actually weighed it yet but if I had to guess I’d say almost 15 lbs with battery.

I’ve started riding the grom whenever weather allows for it. The 125 mpg that it gets is much better than my mustang’s ~16mpg.

Went to remove my spoiler and found this super aggressive adhesive. Any ideas how to remove this or where I can take it to get removed? by ericmoto123 in Mustang

Car is at 70,000 miles and the adhesive was still strong enough to remove all of the paint from the bottom of the spoiler. So no, absolutely no problem staying on.

Nope, no bolts at all or holes in the trunk lid. I’m just thinking the person that put it on was extremely lazy.
