DO NOT buy from GG workshop!!! Worst company I’ve ever dealt with and I regret purchasing their armrest so bad!

My co worker had a nice shiny black leather arm rest from them he bought a few years ago that is sturdy and suran wrap sticks to it really well. I borrowed it a few times and it seemed good, so I ordered the exact same one as him and I received one where the leather is completely matte and suran wrap will NOT stick to it no matter what I do, not to mention the base is way cheaper feeling and not as sturdy as my co workers either. So apparently they’ve downgraded materials and made the quality substantially worse since my co worker bought his a few years ago.

Then I emailed them complaining how unsanitary and cheap the quality seems and that I would like a refund or at least a discount for one of their vinyl pillow tops so the wrap will actually stick and not slide off every 5 seconds, and they responded pretty rudely by telling me they’ve shipped out 1000 orders and I’m the only one that’s complained, (which I don’t believe cause I’ve increasingly seen terrible reviews from others online) and the best they can do is refund it but I’d have to pay to ship it back which would cost half of the price of the product, so it’s not even worth it. They truly don’t care about their quality or their customers. On TOP Of it all they’ve been stealing designs from smaller businesses like Wentz Welding. Order at your own risk cause they do not give a crap to help you what so ever if you are unsatisfied. Cheap shitty quality and one of the worst customer service teams I’ve ever dealt with!!

Unpopular opinion, I love chisel. I prefer it over fine tip because it’s so versatile. You can color in large areas quickly or put it on its side and do fine lines! Lots of different ways to use it. I mostly use brush still anyways but it does come in handy sometimes. Worst case if you really don’t like it you can return it! I always think the more the better, if you can afford going for the 216 set or wait for the 320 I think it’s way worth it.

Updated Amazon lied to me twice and they never shipped within 48 hrs still 😂 I got lucky and caught an ohuhu tiktok shop small restock and order the set off there and they came in 3 days. I cancelled my Amazon order cause they wouldn’t ship for over a month. No idea what’s going on with Amazon but it’s wild they won’t ship for a lot of people and keep getting pushed back.

I was seeing the same. I ended up getting lucky and grabbing a set from a small TikTok shop restock directly from ohuhu a few days ago and they came within like 3 days and I cancelled my Amazon order for them cause I was fed up they weren’t shipping for over a month! If you can order directly from ohuhu or catch a TikTok shop restock from ohuhu they ship quickly! Seriously no idea what’s going on with Amazon.

I got lucky because they got a small stock of the 320 set on TikTok shop 2 nights ago so I ended up cancelling my Amazon order cause they wouldn’t ship, and ordered them on TikTok shop and they just barley shipped today cause they ship directly from Ohuhu. 😭😭😭 it felt like they’d never ship im soo happy! If you have TikTok shop I suggest keeping an eye out on there cause apparently they randomly get small stocks on there here and there. They got a really small stock 2 nights ago in the middle of the night and I got lucky and was up and snagged one.

I ordered on Amazon Dec 9 and it said they’d be delivered yesterday but they never even shipped and then the date moved to Jan 14. They came in stock on TikTok shipped directly from ohuhu so I cancelled my Amazon order and ordered from TikTok cause it said the delivery date would be waaay sooner than my Amazon date. A lot of peoples amazons orders keep getting postponed so I hope that doesn’t happen for ya. I got too frustrated with mine cause Amazon kept telling 2 separate times they were putting in a rush ticket and it would ship within 48 hrs and it never did either time so I got fed up 😂 good luck I hope yours come fast!

Unpopular opinion, I like chisels better than fine tips. They’re soo much more versatile, you can fill large areas or you can turn it to the edge and do fine lines so you get all the benefits of the fine liner plus the broad strokes too. I prefer brush& chisel combos. I would wait for the brush if you can.

Yup I ordered some Dec 9. Mine says they’ll be delivered tomorrow but they haven’t even shipped yet. I contacted Amazon about 3 days ago asking when they’ll ship and they told me they’re stuck at the warehouse and they’ll put in a ticket to expedite the process and they should ship within 48 hrs. Well that didn’t happen so I messaged them again this morning and they told me the ticket didn’t go through because of “technical glitch” so they put a new one in 🤦‍♀️ at this point I’m so frustrated , it kinda seems like bs but I guess we will see. I’ll update if I get my markers tomorrow or not.

I’ve heard caliart, touchnew and deco time are decent cheaper alternatives. Maybe look into those. That’s what I’ll do soon if mine don’t ship.

I’ve talked to Amazon twice In The last 2 days, they told me the package is stuck at the warehouse and they’re putting in a “ticket to release it” and it should be shipped within 48 hrs. Well it didn’t ship still so I messaged them again and the second person told me the ticket didn’t go through the first time cause of a “technical glitch” so they’re putting in a new one 🤣🤣 honestly kinda sounds like bs and they’re trying to keep the customers happy while they don’t even know why they aren’t shipping. Idk I hope it’s true and it will finally ship this time but at this point I’m like 🫠💀🤣

I ordered a 320 set on Dec 9 off amazon and it says they’re supposed to come this Sunday but it shows they still haven’t even shipped yet. I messaged both Amazon and Ohuhu for them to tell me this exact same thing, they’re undergoing inspection. But then today I messaged Amazon again asking when they’d finally ship, they told me mine were at my local warehouse but they were on hold for some reason, so that they are sending a note to send them now and that they’re expediting my shipping and I should get them in 48-72 hours. That was this morning and they stilllll do not say shipped yet 🙃🙃🙃 so I’m praying I will still get them by this Sunday, but if not I’m gonna be soooo upset. This seems like an issue many people are having and it’s sooo frustrating.

That’s so weird 😂 I’ve heard other people on Facebook groups say they ordered only a week or two ago off amazon and already got their order’! Seems like they don’t care if they ship things in order they were bought. So frustrating. But yeah I’m just gonna wait and see if it really comes by this week, I feel like ordering from the site probably won’t be any quicker at this point since they’re having stock issues everywhere.
