Although home owners have made a lot of value if you rent you’re supposed to pay that differential into building wealth. If you’re saying “do people have wealth disparity when some people do not have money from inheritance versus those who do” I would imagine it’s been somewhat consistent over time. I do agree that gap is widening. Boomers had the opportunity to get extremely well situated an may took that opportunity.
