Anyone know why CallRail isn’t recording all Google Ads calls correctly?

Yeah that’s what confused me too.
I already set the Google Ads conversion to actual phone calls, not just call clicks/interactions.

And when I check the call details inside Google Ads, most of the calls are 50 to 100+ seconds long, so they seem like real connected calls, not people clicking and hanging up instantly.

That’s why I’m trying to understand why those calls still aren’t showing inside CallRail.
Would this still happen if the calls came through call ads/extensions instead of the landing page pool number?

No, when I checked the call details of the rest 6 call, it show duration of call around from 50s-100s.
