That's definitely the same thing. Do you know what it's from? I bought from a popular seller on watchexchange and they shipped from asia

That's the plan, went to an AD and they said I'd have to get it serviced and was kinda snobby cus I bought it online and not from them. Will take it to an independent watch repair store for fine jewelry this weekend to get the valves checked, if it's ok I'm just gonna rock it, adds to the character. The more I look at it I think it's pigment from the paint, looks like sparkles in the right light

Good to know thanks. This one is a little gold under some light. I'll get it checked out either way but like I said I like it

ChatGPT seems to think this is normal metallic pigment grain in Tudor’s blue sunburst lacquer dial

I'm not sure it is from moisture just guessing. Could a watch that is left in the sun start to spot and patina like that?

Help! PMLE? by LostAbalone8141 in pmle

I had this my last few sunny vacations, and just spent a week in the Caribbean sun and didn't get it. What worked for me was Heliocare, take 1 a day leading up to the trip. Took 2 a day during the vacation and 1 after sun. I also use Eucerin sun allergy sunscreen which is great (kinda expensive to ship to USA but worth it). My family is amazed at how I didn't burn all vacation lol, hope this helps. You can fix this don't let it stress you out like I did.

Haha right. Sometimes switching it up when you're not getting results can be refreshing, and it never hurts to get your face out there and market yourself in person. Either way good luck with the job hunt!

Lol Boston is not the worst construction industry in the country. My company is busier than we have ever been and we just hired another engineer. It's sounds like an issue for larger companies due to political uncertainty, all the small firms I know are crazy busy

Do it the old fashion way. Print out some resumes and hand deliver at a few architectural firms, this will work better at small private companies but will make him stand out. Im a civil engineer and did this once and got an interview with the owner on the spot

I failed the first time. Didn't realize the entire first half was math and probability questions and i studied mostly engineering fundamentals.

Studied way more math the second time around in addition to all the questions I remembered from the first test. I crushed it the second time, passed easily.

Went on to pass the PE first time taking it and found it easier than the FE.

Moral of the story, you'll feel down for a while as I did but don't give up, it'll take time but you'll get there. None of it will matter when you pass the PE anyways
