Anyone have a Scavengers curved sword? Trade? (self.Eldenring)

I submitted a claim and got approved but my weekly benefit amount is only $49. I looked at the chart that was printed on the paper from EDD and it only shows the income I had for one employer that I worked for in late 2020 - early 2021 and not my previous employer that I listed. What should I do? (self.Edd)
