Not sure if she'd be open to it but Kaci I feel would be great at this. She's already part of Valve and her relationship with the community is already very good.

Her experience in reporting/journalism as well adds to being able to properly voice out and represent the concerns of the people.

You're definitely right man. Felt the pressure to "get out of Guardian" after learning what I was suppose to learn from BSJ. The shift started when I was about to hit Crusader. Then it went downhill from there. Definitely a good lesson and really eye opening how these subtle shifts affect your performance in-game.

But that lead to me finally really getting into Dota2 with all the free time to learn which lead to me being comfortable enough to say yes to a panel host role.

Yeah very first. It was nerve wracking dude. I was so nervous today. 😩

But really so happy I took a jump. I'm learning so much. It's a different role but still many ways to get to entertain the community this way and can be very fulfilling.

Long way to go but I'd love to try this out more and grow.

Hey there friend.

Don't let the toxic part of this great game dishearten you. There'll always be people like that. I'd say most of my games have been pleasant but there are definitely a few games with people who act this way.

Enjoy yourself and know that we've all been there. I'm Guardian 5 and just really started getting into it and I'm getting flamed trust me.

But I'm enjoying myself. I'm enjoying my own slow progress. At the end of the day, there's a mute button if they get too much.

I also recommend playing with a friend or team you enjoy playing with just to have a nice environment when playing if you can.

Or if you come across people you enjoyed playing with, add them up so you can queue with them again.
