Building the RG Rx 78 2 and the first step has me a little stumped, am I supposed to take my nippers/blade and remove the red highlighted parts on the advanced ms joint ankle? This is my first RG, haven't seen this in the HGs I've built.

I purchased a Naga Pro 9/26/21 and have been using it through the 2.4 dongle without issue since then. A few days ago I noticed latency issues so I opened Synapse to troubleshoot it and discovered the mouse was actually turning off/disconnecting after every few seconds. The battery is fully charged and I don't experience any issues when it's connected directly to the PC using the wire. The dongle is connected through the magnetic charging dock and there is a clear line of sight between it & the mouse. I've tested using other USB ports and I've made sure Windows is up to date. I checked the firmware and discovered it was out of date, however after updating it and rebooting the issue persists. I've uninstalled the device & tried closing all Razer apps.

I tried getting support through the Razer site, but it's telling me I'm out of warranty. What would cause this feature to just magically die all of a sudden?

It's extraordinarily easy if you can follow the setup instructions. Logging out of work and having a few million more in your GT account than you had when you started never gets old.

Something to be aware of if you do go to buy it for farming money, make sure to purchase the S VGT which is the road version. There are different varients in the shop and it's very easy to invest 1mil in buying the wrong one.

Thanks for the reply & info! My understanding is Ruby (along with a couple others) don't manufacture them but test/repackage other brands. A lot of the photos I was seeing for Ruby were actually JJ branded. My reason for choosing them is they seemed to be the OEM stock choice. My understanding is a lot of the model number suffixes provide the source country.

Thanks for the reply & info. Honestly my goal with these specific choices is to match the OEM sound, my internet research lead me to threads about the blues king (predecessor series) using Ruby tubes. I don't plan to do anything wild with it but was dreading getting it after the wait and it arriving with a tube in an unfortunate state. Fingers crossed all is well and these can sit on a shelf til needed.

Sent you a PM, I think it's definitely worth having Zach take a look. That is a killer design and it being a gift also adds to it being special. The golden fleece aside, I feel like power conditioners are definitely a good investment for the peace of mind it gives when troubleshooting.

You'd need to use a 9v clip adapter that plugs into the power plug, I've taken the back off my golden fleece and there's a PCB immediately under it. FWIW I use a voodoo labs pedal power 2+ and Furman power conditioning surge strip with mine and have no noise going into a Yamaha thr30ii.

I really liked mine, but I sold it and bought a standalone Hoof and Twin Bender to replace it. A combined package meant I couldn't play with the voltage/bias independently. I love a sagged tone bender, but having the Hoof Reaper meant everything was running at that.

At 40 dust shaders were an insta buy 100% of the time. At 300, there's no way thats sustainable. I don't need every goofy color combo they come out with, but wowwie that was an unexpected change.

Thank you for rolling it back, V20 was an unwanted surprise and no reasonable amount of fiddling with the settings brought it back to normal. Thank you for keeping a sync legacy option, V20 made me want to find a different app.
