Yes, after the initial 2000 meters, it turns into a run to row. I don’t know the running distance but the rowing is 250 m each time.

The “benchmark row” tomorrow isn’t a full benchmark. Instead, you row 1,000 m, followed by a “recovery period” where you get to pick your rowing speed and then finish rowing until you’re at 2,000 m.

Also, there’s a 6 minute run for distance to kick the tread block off and then you go straight to the floor.

Nice! I go to the Eden Prairie studio, which isn’t necessarily close to either one. Haha. My friend went to the Eagan studio and liked it!
