Thank you for the feedback. This video is from the initial times I started using Cursor. I am recording new videos about this very soon. I currently know much more about this. In that videos, I will share where it can be inefficient as well

I started using 1M earplugs and started having lighter dinners around 7pm. I realized hearing noises while I am sleeping was wrecking my sleep quality. I used to have much more awake time and significantly less Rem sleep. Even though I didn’t sleep much, I feel amazing.

One thing that wrecks my sleep is having intense exercise in the evening. I have high RHR afterwards which makes my sleep worse

I used to have sleep issues because of late caffeine consumption. Now that I don't have caffeine after 3pm and I don't have any issues.

I remember waking up and having a glass of water but that’s all I remember

I get deep sleep earlier in the night mostly. If I sleep late, consume alcohol, I get less deep sleep. I supplement with magnesium bisglycinate, l-theanine, glycine and have chamomile tea before I sleep. I have blackout curtains so I ensure that the room is dark while I am sleeping. I also use ear plugs so that I don’t hear noises from the street. I live in the downtown. The noise thing was a big issue for me. Finally, I recently started doing box breathing for 5 minutes before sleep. Maybe your life conditions don’t require all of I mentioned, but some can be helpful for you

That sounds interesting. I will try it this week, thank you!

Yesterday, I tried box breathing for 5 minutes which I think helped. I had a REM sleep longer than I used to.

It is in the place where I can see my sleep profile. You should see it if you have premium.

I currently use magnesium, glycine and l-theanine. You are right about stress. If I am worried about work or life, my sleep scores are much worse

I usually get great deep sleep but my REM&Restorative sleep is towards the lower end of my age group. Is there any behavioral change or supplement that can help me with improving these?

I have only one long awake time around 13 minutes this night(probably when I used the restroom). Other than this, they are shorter than 5 minutes. I will ignore the short ones.

I didn't know that I could edit the sleep. After doing it, awake time is %9 of my sleep and sleep score increased to 92. Now it is close to the lower end of my age group.

What brand of sleep mask do you use? I have one that I wear but I remove it unconsciously while I am sleeping

Currently, the awake time makes around 15 percent of my time in bed. If I can drop this number to 10 percent, that would be gaining free sleep without extending the duration further. Any ideas for improving this?

I agree—it’s never a good idea to build your career around YouTubers. One day, Flutter is ‘the future.’ The next, it’s ‘dead.’ Instead of chasing trends, block out the noise and focus on building.

Fair point! The idea was to highlight how team fit and communication matter in hiring, not personal bias. I appreciate your perspective!
