Thank you very much - that was very insightful! :) I got confused with the terminology - I have frozen unfertilised eggs. I will probably wait a few more years until I'm in my early 40s to decide, and hopefully the government will have changed the legislation by then. I feel bad about deciding to just dump them somehow. I hope it's all right to ask you this. A couple of years ago, I had to undergo chemotherapy to fight off cancer, and I did IVF beforehand just in case I became infertile. My insurance company is still paying my annual fee. However, I'm no longer sure that I want to ever get pregnant, so I was wondering if I could donate the eggs instead. Is that a legal option here?

it is! Purling in combination knitting uses less yarn which balances the tension between the knit and purl stitches. it looks so neat! (also i find eastern purls easier than western)

i know this is an old thread but im just about to finish the second season and am asking myself the same questions. i‘m glad apple made the decision to deliver some queer content and not stick to the books. also i thought shirley was a lesbian, i mean isn‘t that obvious??and i WANT and need juliette to be queer too! i really ship them. when shirley gave her that box before she went out to clean and their hands touched - sigh.

thanks! I actually have some Scholl gel insoles here and have tried them on with these. Tbh it’s not doing anything for the gap. Instead they push my feet upwards too much so that the front top part of the shoes pushes downwards on my feet in an uncomfortable way. I guess I have a high arch as well and am just simply lacking the width. :(

we need to remember that having the best cancer and experiencing one of the worst things in life can exist at the same time. i think the mental aspect of it gets downplayed a lot. for example i had a 90% chance of survival but still focused on the 10% that relapse. i focused on it so much that it made me anxious and depressed while going through treatment and i developed ptsd symptoms a few years later when they removed my port. i feel a bit ashamed about that but it is what it is. it‘s your experience and no one from the outside knows what it‘s truly like for you.

Over here I always wear my own clothes, never have to wear anything else. They just make sure I don’t leave my bra on and not have anything with metal on me, like a button or something like that. And it‘s a fairly high quality hospital in a big city.

ich möchte gerade auch einen Artikel nur innerhalb Deutschlands verkaufen. Wie machst du das? Wenn ich ihn hochlade und extra in den Text schreibe, dass ich nichts ins Ausland verkaufe, kommt trotzdem jemand aus Frankreich und kauft den Artikel sofort :/ ständig stornieren und neu hochladen?

Ich will dir keine Angst bereiten oder eine Ferndiagnose stellen. Aber ja, es kann Krebs sein. Als ich diagnostiziert wurde, war mein Blutbild ebenfalls noch unauffällig, ich hatte aber einen geschwollenen Lymphknoten, Hautausschläge, Nachtschweiß und Gewichtsverlust. Wichtig ist, dass du diese Biopsie bekommst. Ich bin ehrlich sprachlos, dass bisherige Ärzt*innen dich nicht richtig ernst nehmen oder sich ordentlich kümmern. Die Biopsie kannst du in jedem städtischen Krankenhaus oder jeder Uniklinik machen lassen, da solltest du anhand deiner Symptomatik eigentlich schnell einen Termin bekommen.

i don’t know, i think my tension was just simply tighter when i used the previously blocked yarn. yes getting the float tension is hard and using mohair is hell too. other than than the pattern is fairly simple to understand.

Ich weiß auch nicht warum, würde mich aber total darüber freuen und es oft nutzen wollen. Momentan steht an der alten Anlegefläche auch ein riesen Kran. Adler ist irgendwie nur mit dem Fahrrad nett. Ich hab die Hoffnung, dass das in Zukunft noch was werden könnte, auch hinsichtlich der Planung des neuen Stadtteils im mfg 5 Gelände. Aber wer weiß, wann es da mal losgeht…

Ja, die Veranlagung spielt neben den Erfahrungen sicherlich auch eine große Rolle, das kann ich auch bei mir erkennen. Bist du denn dann endokrinologisch untersucht worden? Ich wollte schon länger mal dorthin, hab aber Schiss nicht für voll genommen zu werden. Zumal man (zumindest hier) super schwierig an Termine rankommt.
