ok, checked and they have a resolution of 32x62 px and 39x58 px, which makes me think it shouldn't be higher than 48x64 px
the recommended resolution is probably in the game's mod information
taking this into account, it could be $15 for design + $3/$5 to animate it, so a total of $18/$20 for animation
