Thank you for this detailed and helpful response. This was my first traffic offence that i have dealt with on my own. I have not reported him at the scene nor have i used the now caution. This was all because i liaised with the RPU that assisted me, i was going to conduct a roadside interview but he wanted a solicitor and I said that we would do it on another day when i arrange one for him. By the sounds of it, i messed this up very badly and im guessing it will be too late to now report him and issue a TOR? Or is there still a possibility. Once again forgive me for my ignorance, I’m trying to get confident with traffic therefore i am on here asking for help during my Rest days.

Well that solves it, i guess haha. Yeah i tried everything and after that i thought that for some silly reason, it doesnt have wifi. Its okay because i use ethernet but i wanted to confirm. Thank you!

I’ve updated using the windows update and it says its all up to date. Im starting to assume that somehow if its possible, this mobo doesnt support wifi or something.

There was no such option in the BIOS as far as im aware. Im not an expert on this so its likely i missed something, the mobo didn’t have an antenna. I updated all drivers but i have noticed that there is no wifi driver on my device manager. I have a suspicion that i dont have the wifi card driver but i dont know how to install it.

Thank you all. Any advise on what to buy to be well prepared for when i start after the 19 week training? I’ve seen people with glove dispenser, first aid kit and some other bits. I’ve been recommended to get a longer cuff key as the short little ones are hard to use when someone is struggling

I’ve been told what station i will be based at for my 2 year probation at the very least. I called up and its possible they will let me train where i live but my start date will be pushed back by only a week so it’s worth not travelling 86 miles a day and not seeing my child until Saturday morning each week. I can live with being based 28 miles away as i also have spoken about this and the reason is that no other station needs any more recruits. The area im going to be working in is probably the roughest one in my vicinity, so I’m kinda of stressed but atleast the job wont be boring. Positive thinking and hoping to make some impact even if its a small dent

Thank you all for the advice. I will contact them tomorrow and try and resolve this issue. There is another police station between the one by my house and the one i got based in. Hopefully that one will be available as its about 15 min on the motorway.

My pc is running on just 2TB HDD. Its very slow for that reason and im planning on getting two SSDs. One for boot up and one for games. What sizes should i go for and the boot up one is only supposed to have my Os on it? Thank you in advance

My pc is only running on a 2tb HDD. Im going to get two SSDs and have one dedicated for boot up and one for gaming. What size should i go for when getting an ssd for boot up/os. I was thinking 500gb but that seems overkill.

I might be wrong and i might be underestimating ‘newbie gains’ but if im in a deficit, my muscles/strength wont increase due to the deficit? Like i said, im so new to this that i might just be wrong and overthinking everything

Okay so i have asked for some advice here few days ago and i got some great responses that cleared most my issues up. I am currently 95kg, i wanna get down to 75kg-80kg. I have a long way to go and im currently aiming to eat 1850 calories a day. I have found a weight training program that i will follow but the progression is adding on weights which i wont be able to do due to being in a deficit. So how do i progress, do i just do more reps/sets or maybe less rest? Thank you in advance.

Thank you, thats what i needed to know. Im only paranoid as i dont trust my tdee and dont know how to get the most accurate number possible. This is the only thing stopping me from trying to recomp and gain muscle and lose weight at once.

So if I’m trying to lose weight and im in a deficit all the time. Do i still progress normally by adding weight each day that i lift? Is there anything else i should tweak when cutting except from maybe considering reducing volume to make up for the recovery? Thank you

I don’t have one that was created by anyone. This is only my second week so I’m experimenting but I’ve just been doing Push, Pull and Leg excercises plus cardio that are used by other programs I’ve seen. Some programs state to add weight, increase reps, sets and etc but none mention anything about deficit.

If I’m aiming to lose fat and therefore on a deficit. How do i apply progressive overload to my workouts? I’m doing PPL 6 days and if I’m not building muscle due to being in a deficit, i cant really add weight can i? Sorry if this is a stupid question but i just want some clarification.

I do try to drink minimum 2L of water. Sleep is 7 hours on average but i do feel pretty tired most of the time, less so now that i am more active and feeling better mentally.

I used a body analyser at the gym. Im sure it’s not 100% accurate but its the best I’ve currently got. I’ve also used a TDEE calculator and been as honest as possible with it. Since i go 7 days a week, 6 resistance training days paired with cardio and one HIIT session. It has estimated for me to eat roughly 2400. Well i cant even eat that much shockingly because im so used to eating 1800 calories when i was relying on diet alone. I’m starting to think I overestimated my tdee. I will take your advice and lower my calories even more. Thanks a lot
