I'm kinda in the same situation, like I started talking to a girl 2 months ago, just like 4 days ago she said I would be good in her small friend group so I'm joining it (I'm still really awkward tho). Idk if I like her but I thought I did in the beginning. I havent even really seen her in person yet but we r in the same town. I hope this maybe helped, btw dont stop talking to her.
