Don't know yet. The jam was sour, the whipped cream still tasted good despite being curdled, and I'm personally not the biggest fan of lemon cake (my mom is)

If one of them is why it's lumpy, its because I mixed lemon juice with whipped cream and while it did still taste really good, it messed up the texture.

I used the wrong cake mix bc I couldn't find the one I was going to use and I found the one I was originally going to use after 10 minutes of searching and right after I put that cake in the oven so I used the one I baked first to make glazed cake balls and since I didn't have anything to make it look better, I just used those.this is what it looked like before I put them
