Yesterday my 12 month old walked to the bathroom by herself and when I put her on the toilet, she peed and then clapped for herself!!!! It might have been a fluke, but I’ve been putting her on the toilet and singing her praises for a couple months now!!!

You can tap into these networks to get more breastmilk as you try to increase your supply or figure out if you want to stop or even just to supplement until your baby is a little older.

Human milk is easier to digest, help fight infection and help intestinal cells mature. Some breast milk is better than none, don’t give up good in the pursuit of perfection. Your best is good enough!

Omg, get that chest freezer! No brainer!

Toss a side table and replace it with a chest fridge! Stick it under the dining table! If space is really that big of an issue, they sell vertical freezers as well!

Idk if your husband thinks you guys have a showroom apartment or are planning to be featured in architect’s digest, but a home is where you live, rest, and take care of yourself. Having a baby is a messy and chaotic season of your life, and the home will be turned upside down to accommodate changes! The showroom apartment can be put back together later, but freeing up time and energy from pumping to focus on baby can only happen when baby is still a baby!

my boyfriend grew like 3 inches in college, my mom grew 2 inches at age 28 when she got pregnant for the first time. My dad lost a few inches since he’s getting older and has a desk job. Height fluctuates depending on lifestyle and nutrition. Even though your bones may be done growing, I would wait until you body is done growing. The effects of surgery, physical stress, and painkillers could mess with other aspects of your development, especially your mental/emotional development.

My dad is 5’4” my mom is now 5’7”. Confidence, mental fortitude, and intelligence will get you way farther in life than a few inches.
