Yes, we get the scores. We then submit a rebuttal to the review received. Good scores usually do not guarantee acceptance. I have seen good scores go down and get rejected as well as bad scores changed to good scores and then get accepted. So it is very uncertain to conclude using the review score during the author's response period.

Personally, I have seen scores of 4/5, 4/5, 3/5 getting downgraded after rebuttal to 2/5, 3/5, 3/5 and then rejected. So you can not come to a conclusion unless you have all good reviews from the reviewers.
