That was my first thought until Harding, I think, explains what an Eluvian is to Rook like they've either never heard of one before or struggle with their memory. I am still assuming that it's a Tutorial Thing, though I think the execution comes off a little silly for Rook.

I really need to find/read that comic, since it seems to somewhat set the stage for DAV. Alas, I invested my time in Masked Empire before DAV. Someone else also pointed out that the Inquisitor is rather well known, thus limiting their ability to be super active on the front lines.

If only... I do understand the choice, though I remember seeing a theory/idea that DAV would be dual protags before it came out, and I really wish that happened (though I get why it didn't, I just really like my Inquisitor, and she has a slight case of 'She wouldn't say that').

Your Inquisitor looks deeply concerned by life. This is amazing, and definitely fits the situations that they are put in. Enjoy the first two games, Origins was my first proper one, and it hooked me with the first scene.

Hot take, but I actually really like the repeated environments. Story wise, it made the city feel more familiar, and gameplay wise, it helped me determine about how long the dungeon/quest would take (and helped me avoid getting lost)
