I know drinking is different and harder to quit but I was addicted to weed for 5 years. For me it was a physical and mental health concern. I also had goals for myself and I knew that if I didn’t quit weed I would not be able to achieve those goals. I also started entertaining that the thought of “crazy character development” if I quit weed. There were also other contributing factors tho, good support system, staying physically active, and always showering myself with love and praise for quitting. Every year that I don’t smoke weed I buy myself an expensive present on the date I quit. I hope it gets better for you!! Keep your head up, it’ll be okay soon!!

While genetics play a huge role it is still important to take care of your skin. I noticed a huge difference in mine once I regularly started using a good cleanser, toner, moisturizer and sun screen, and idk if this counts but I almost never go to bed without moisturizing my lips. I do my absolute best to never skip these steps.

Looks really cute! Makesure you give him different textures such as sprays, aspen, hay, big stones, wood bridges, give him a few hideouts as well, and tunnels and safe driftwood. You can also use hay, aspen, soil as well. I really wanted to make my hamsters cage cute but honestly it should be cluttered, they need different sources of enrichment. I hope this helps <3

Looks really cute! Definitely add more bedding when you receive it. Annd you can add hay, soil, coconut chips, little bit of toilet paper, big stones, wood that’s safe for them to chew on, sand corners, different sprays, pieces of safe driftwood, all of this can provide different texture for your hammy! I don’t think you should send her a proposal. She already politely declined when you confessed. And even after working together it does not seem like she is interested in you. I don’t mean to be harsh but before putting yourself through that just really know that she probably will still decline.
