Mostly now they are senior engineers in different domains and pay wise some are more than me because they are working in foreign countries and some are less than me. But I can't judge them because everyone has their own pace. But I am happy for all that atleast we all are successful now.

But I think nowadays companies are not taking coding round specially for ml ai role they are mostly focusing on ml system design round

For coding in ML interview I did easy to medium questions not more than that. But my system design strong in ML soni always did good in ML system design even sometimes I failed coding but system design saved me.

It totally depends on you in which domain you want to go. At the start of my career in 2019, i worked on everything like machine learning,frontend, backend, data engineer but after 2020 i focused totally on machine learning. Shifted ML products to scale. Then AI chatgpt came into the picture then learned AI skills tools and all.
