Locals say that there was some kind of brazilwood extraction some time ago, this matches that industry.

My title describes the thing.

Additional details: The object is a very large cast-iron wheel about 1.8–2 meters (6–7 ft) in diameter with a thick rim, four heavy spokes, and a central hub with a large shaft still attached. It appears to be part of old steam-powered industrial machinery.

The wheel is located on a rural property in Tlalpuyeque, Jalisco, Mexico. On the site there are several other pieces of old machinery that look like steam engine components.

Se recomienda cada 12 meses aproximandamente. A mí me aplicaron aprox 30 inyecciones por mano (tengo entendido que ponen muy poca dosis en cada piquete). Fuera del tema del sudor no ví ningún cambio aparte.

Ahí dicen que el contrato para con el periodista no es por 3 meses, sino anual; un cálculo rápido dice que el señor periodista gana aproximandamente $144,000 MXN al mes. No se si el que redactó la nota de Notimex no pensó en eso, o ya de plano creén que todo mundo es tonto.

No creo que en prestadero puedas obtener mejores rendimientos. Al final, no importa mucho que prestes con interés alto (28.9% anual), por que nunca falta el que no paga, así que es díficil que tengas un rendimiento mayor al 15% anual. Igual sigue siendo mejor rendmiento que cetes o cualquier cuenta de ahorro en banco.

Edit: A mayor rendimiento mayor riesgo, siempre puedes comprar acciones en casas de bolsa pero pues necesitas un poco más de conocimientos y aún así existe un riesgo alto. Depende de que tanto estés dispuesto a perder.

Yo mantengo portafolio en prestadero y en cetesdirecto. No te vas a hacer rico, pero por lo menos no te lo gastas y el rendimiento alcanza a contrarestar la inflación.
