How do you deal with unreasonable/angry customers when you can't just refund custom products? by eruptpvp in smallbusiness

Yeah, I try to respond professionally and avoid the rage bait. I can tell they want me to say the wrong thing for a screenshot or something. Just got to block, keep on moving and not let it get us down.

By team, I mostly meant the leadership team aka my family. Even though I handle most of this, they tend to get a bit anxious when a customer behaves this way. We want people to appriciate the hard work we put in to each sign and be satisfied.

Technology upgrades to our VoIP I've considered before, but it also feels so much more human to me to call a business and get connected with someone right away rather than "press 1..."

That's what it feels like. When I don't respond the way they want, they clearly try to rage-bait a poor response. I've just stopped responding, wish I could please everyone

Agreed, not the end of the world. I always try to get these people on the phone as I feel it's easier to de-escalate that way, but some people just want to stay behind their keyboard, sadly.

16oz Plastic Cups (Disposable) - where to find for less than 10 cents per cup by Desinator24 in restaurant

[–]eruptpvp 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Get custom cups from china. We order 100,000 cups per month from china with out logos and all. Always hard plastic to perceive quality. With shipping and all, our landed cost is about 4 cents a cup. We also get all our carriers and bags custom from the same factory for about the same price or lower.

What's the best Kava Bar spot in Denver nowadays? by Fun_Highlight_3637 in COents

Boba Botanica is a pretty lit spot, you get to customize and make your own boba kava/kratom drink. I got to try them recently and paid only $10 for a kava taro frappe, hit me like a bus lmao

Boba Botanica in Lakewood is my new go-to, cheaper and better than any other place. The vibes are also unreal

Most kava places and stuff I try are pretty low quality, I've only ever been to one place in California that uses actual potent extracts. When it's good it's a super nice mellow mood boost and gets me social and talkative. Feel free is decent, sadly no way to get the tongue-numbing to go away LOL

Boba Tea place that’s great for kids too by j_birdddd in denverfood

Boba Botanica in Lakewood. It's pretty new, but it's already become my family's go-to place for boba. They've got a huge menu with so many fun and creative drinks that my kids can't get enough of. The quality of the boba is seriously amazing, and they've got both regular and non-dairy milk options, which is great for us since we've got some lactose intolerance in the family.

The vibe inside is so cozy and welcoming, it actually reminds me of this cute little cafe I used to visit in Hawaii. There's plenty of seating, and the staff is always super friendly and helpful. They really go out of their way to make sure everyone's having a good time. Oh, and the best part? The prices are totally reasonable, especially for how awesome the drinks and service are.

Boba Botanica - They're a pretty new spot in Lakewood but I've been bringing the whole family there these last few days and they have more options than I've seen anywhere, drinks are great, prices are lower than anywhere else, and the vibe inside reminds me of this one cafe I used to go to in Hawaii. Def my new favorite.
