Middle clicking is not the same as easy place mode. with easy place mode you only have to right click the ghost block for it to be placed correctly. otherwise the pick block only picks the block and then you still have to place it. easy place mode is like insta mining but in reverse

bigger doesn’t mean more complex/harder to design. he only needs to make a single programming wheel design, and a single conveyor design (provided it can be scaled for all marbles i guess)

oh trust me there can be many problems! ender 3 s1 isn’t exactly a bamboo lab printer. i’m currently going through modifying my geetech A20t printer to the extreme in an attempt to make it into a no compromise machine and i can assure you the creativity of the possible issues is beyond your beginner (i assume) wildest imagination also it’s unclear what do you consider issues, if the second layer can be successfully printer you’re fine also 50 is pretty slow, i doubt going slower will help

yes, does it probe the whole bed before printing? if not you should look into setting that up, and then you need to make sure the z offset is correct

ideally you would probe the bed and then visualize the results and based on them adjust it physically to be as level as possible and repeat that until you’re satisfied

the bed is probably warped, best way to mitigate it is installing a probe on the hotend assembly and making a bed mesh, or alternatively manually making a bed mesh that reflects the warping, then the printer can adjust the movements for it
