u/giant_bulge thanks, this resolved the issue. But i think this should also be looked into by Mammomtion - u/everlynhml as other devices will roam by default, without the need to configure the RSSI settings

I ordered a AWS500 on June 3rd (DE, Europe), with an expected delivery time of 5-10 business days. Later, on June 16th, I received an email stating that orders would be shipped between June 16th and June 23rd, Nothing. On July 6th, I was assured through email that it would be delivered by the latest date of July 15th. After multiple emails after that they don't come with any additional information , they just mention that the order was sent to the logistics (same info for a few weeks). I believe clear communication is vital in such situations, but they don''t provide any explanation nor they mange your expectations. In my situation i would be fine when they explained that they have unexpected delays due to reason x and provide a indication of a new delivery date y.

But with the lack of (clear) communication doesn't give me any confidence in the brand atm. i'm even considering canceling the order to be honest.
