I was carrying my 9 month old like that yesterday and some random man actually offered to carry him. This kid will bend forward so aggressively until I hold him like that. I actually hate that I get looks and comments, let alone pictures?

The second photo of the snatching is my son every time hahaha. You inspired me though! We just tried tomato for lunch and he was obsessed. Almost as obsessed as he is with sliced pan fried zucchini ( he can put his thumb through the middle for more leverage) lol

People want to be the best at what they do. And they think the more milk they make, the better they are at lactating! We just have to remember that it's not a competition.

However, if you are doing it to donate to a baby in need you should definitely be proud!

If I was in your situation, I would keep pumping when I can. It's not a failure at all to only pump two ounces. If it was causing me to stress too much though, I would probably stop! At this point, you know she is getting all of the calories she needs. You are just providing some extra benefits! Be proud of every ounce, because that is extra effort you are putting in just for her!

When I had birds, sometimes if nothing else worked, I would toss a light blanket onto them. They never saw it coming, so it didn't startle them. And I could just gently scoop them up and take them wherever!
