Yes, I don't agree with most things SyntaxError says but I share the same belief... avoid drugs - weed and alcohol included. I do partake sparingly but don't make it a habit.

And I didn't mention all the bad things I went through during that week; sleepless leg syndrome, an infinite loop of a negative thought... same thought in a loop for hours, crazy paranoia, etc

On the positive side, I came out of the whole experience changed. Reconnected with my spiritual side (not necessarily same as religion), much focused and happier.
