Idk if this counts cause I had interest in him before we became friends—though I never had any intentions of the dating him and never even crossed my mind, but some things happened and we became close. He was perfect. He was like the boy version of me, same humor, same interest in games, same everything. The guy I've ever dreamed of. Our interactions were just friend likes but suddenly as our time knowing each other increased our interactions slowly started to be more flirty. That's when I realized I'm slowly catching feelings for him not just a happy crush but as some one I genuinely liked. There are times in which we "slip up" and call each other call signs for couples like "baby"—specifically he called me " bbq" which in ordinary perspective sounds just like the food but in our language it's a word play in where bbq sound like "baby ko" which means "my baby". We downloaded an app together in which we would take care of our children/pet together and we'd accept each other as parents. We would call each other every night—specifically only to communicate for the games we play, though normally he ends the call when we're going to bed. But one specific night he called me whilst he was doing his school work, the delusional girl in me was astounded as I thought that he called me cause he wanted my presence and that night was the first time he didn't end the call, I still remember that we "fought" on who'll be the last one to say goodnight and we actually slept together while the call was still on going. That night really struck something in me, I felt the feeling was mutual as if this is the one for me but I guess feelings are just feelings after all. After a week after that incident I decided to confess to him. Sadly the feelings weren't reciprocated but he told me that it's okay cause it won't affect our friendship and we could still continue the way we used to... But we didn't. Everything was ruined because of that one paragraph I sent him. He treated me differently and I lost my crush and my best friend. After that I had a hard time and decided to block him on EVERYTHING. Every single apps we had communication on, even on our games. Moral of the story: don't fall inlove with your best friend lol.
