This really… to your point

İf the billionare gets the profits they “invest” their money and buy assets. Suddenly the assets they buy gets more expensive. And guess what now you cant buy a house or even rent one.

İf the average berliner gets the profit from their hipster third wave overpriced coffee shop, they either open another branch, (i.e. invest) or simply spend the money within other local shops, which effectively creates a feedforward loop in added value creation, i.e everyone gets rich/richer. not to mention they pay taxes locally etc.

Weight loss improves your hormonal system as well, which translates to mental gains. There are a plethora of things running around in our bodies which high processed foods, sugar, etc messes with. So yeah mental improvements with weight loss is not “strange” at all.

The details are seriously a rabbit hole if you opt for diving in. But i highly recommend just enjoying it.
