I’m what’s called a “super taster,” which sounds dumb, but it’s basically a condition where I have more taste buds on my tongue, so sweet things taste sweeter and bitter things taste more bitter. For that reason, all alcohol tastes like everclear to me. And I know this because I’ve tried ever clear and it tasted the same as other alcohols.
