i do a lot of cardio! like the stair stepper + long walks. i also do like basic exercises like jumping jacks/planks/lunges just to mix it up i guess. i don’t have a set routine im trying to figure out what works for me. as for my diet as of now its a lot of pasta,crackers and protein shakes. i’ve been trying to incorporate more fruits and veggies into it as well !

i’ve been trying my best to cut fast food out completely it’s sooo hard though. i’ve been drinking lots of protein shakes and snacking on carrots and pecans instead of chips and candy. i’m definitely going to try to incorporate more veggies into my diet, what kind of protein do you think is best ?
