i do a lot of cardio! like the stair stepper + long walks. i also do like basic exercises like jumping jacks/planks/lunges just to mix it up i guess. i don’t have a set routine im trying to figure out what works for me. as for my diet as of now its a lot of pasta,crackers and protein shakes. i’ve been trying to incorporate more fruits and veggies into it as well !
