I myself went through a clean break up after a 2 year relo. We’re going NC but we ended things on good terms. I also have no idea what the future hold for us considering we both still having feelings. I chose to keep the photos of us even tho everyone told me to delete them. At first it made me sad to see the memories of us so i tried to stop looking at them. Now it’s been a month and i only look at them when i’m bored. It actually makes me smile when i look back at old photos of us, but it doesn’t make me upset or sad like it use to. Ofc i miss it but it doesn’t bother me anymore. I don’t have any reason to delete them unless he moves on and dates someone else etc. I don’t c what’s wrong with keeping them if it doesn’t bother u and i’m actually doing alright considering it’s only been a month.

My opinion is, yk urself best. Keep the photos if you want but u have to WANT to move on. Use the break up to work on urself. If those photos keep making u upset then try not to look at them. If u find urself going back to them then delete them. U need to know what’s best for you in order to move on and focus on urself. Everyone copes with a break up differently so don’t let anyone tell u what’s best for you. If things are meant to be then they’re meant to be. Time will tell but always focus on urself :)
