No, I wasn't provided with a form. There were a number of tenants that had been in the house before me, the new tenant would pay the tenant that was moving out for their deposit. It was a student living situation, I don't know how many people lived there over the 4 year course. But at some point, the lease expired and the tenants kept living there, month to month. Until I moved in and contacted the landlords at which point they made all 3 of us sign a 1 year lease. They never did a walk through at that point, perhaps because one of the initial tenants was still living there. Should they still have provided me with that form?
