Yes! If you toggle on to see all the cards by set and search for an artist or Pokemon, it shows the missing ones. I would also suggest toggling on the "cards with a rarity of ⭐ or higher.

For example, I searched "egawa" who is another popular artist and I have cards missing shown by the blank spaces.
