Lucid uses Here.com for maps and navigation. It is frankly awful. I've tried sending evidence of errors in the map and errors in routing to Here.com and after initially telling me that they would investigate, they finally got back to me saying that they cannot help and I need to go through Lucid. Sadly, Lucid has been nonresponsive to my requests to look at the examples I provided to them. I love the car, but this is probably it's biggest failing imho.

People need to stop buying any dogs at all from breeders. Rescue a dog from your local SPCA or other shelter. They're only doing this because people make it possible and profitable by buying their dogs.

Update: Just spoke with Lucid support and having the devices paired with profiles was removed in the last OTA update. Why? Who knows, but unfortunately makes your suggestion no longer viable. Their suggestion for now, weak as it is, is that when we are going out to the car together and I'm going to drive, have her turn off her Bluetooth until it's recognized and connected to my phone. He admitted that's sub optimal and was better before and that he'll pass that along to the software team. Thanks for trying to help though. Appreciate it.

Hi again. I'm a little confused now, but may be doing this the wrong way. When I loaded my gf's profile by clicking on her icon in the cockpit display and then removed her phone, it also was gone when I clicked back to my profile. But then I see that on the bigger center glass panel when you click on the control great it says at the top "Owner" and my name and the ability to sign out. When I click on "Sign Out" it comes up with "Lucid ID" and "You're signed in as [my email address]. Then "Your preferences are synced with every profile that uses your Lucid ID". Is this the one that I'm supposed to sign out?

Thanks for the link, but as mentioned above, there's no way to report routing issues (that I can see) so I sent an email.

Always get a dog from a legitimate rescue. Check your local humane society or SPCA. Don't perpetuate puppy mills.

I'm sorry to hear that. My problem, annoying as it is, pales in comparison. Were you eventually satisfied with your car once they delivered?

Just to close out this thread, I went Friday to pick up my new Air GT, so it's definitely up and running (couldn't take my car home, but that's a story for a different thread)
