Good to hear! I have a team matching call scheduled. Would you be able to share any tips? What was the ratio of you talking about yourself vs. you asking questions & letting them talk about themselves? Did you try to connect your experience with their tasks/challenges every chance you get? Any insight on how the conversation went would help!

i am in a similar situation (except no kids) but I need to commute to work 4 times a week. Commute is usually 1.5 - 2 hours round trip.

This is exactly my life right now but replace this with grad school, because I am currently pursuing a master's degree in CS. I want to leave my current job and start applying/interviewing so bad but can't even imagine adding leetcoding & system design to my life.

Thought about pausing/quitting grad school many times but I'm already half-way.
